This position is accountable for process leadership of designated, centralized processes at ESL. Responsibilities include: leading process teams, identifying process requirements, prioritizing process improvements, maintaining a backlog of needed enhancements, process reporting, and process testing.
Lead, manage, and improve processes
•Lead and oversee processes and process teams.
•Maintain a deep understanding of processes including documenting process requirements and evaluating risks
•Responsible for the “process owner” role in agile-like, process design and implementations. Able to assimilate many inputs (requirements, data, user feedback, priorities, learnings, etc) to provide educated decisions. Ensure the process is intuitive and procedure steps are built into the process design.
•Conduct process testing and gather user feedback from user testing
•Collaborate with training and employee communications for successful implementation of process changes.
•Prioritize process improvements and maintain a backlog of needed enhancements
•Develop and analyze process measures and use insights to inform needed improvements and changes and monitor results. Includes external & internal customer experiences, capacity creation, reduced process errors, and improved cycle times.
•Work with Business Intelligence to develop specific process performance reports for transformed processes and show progress relative to the current state.
•Communicate process effectiveness with internal stakeholders using data analytics and examples of process outcomes
Continuous education of process management. Benchmark with industry leaders, other financial institutions, and best in class companies with strong process management. Actively influence and support ESL center of excellence best practices and execution.
Bachelor's degree in business or related field required
Minimum 7 years process management experience
Lean Six Sigma classification of Black Belt or higher required
Strong interpersonal skills: listening, leadership, communications
Emotional intelligence to guide other partners through change
Proven ability to identify, assess and solve problems
Strong ability to interpret data to guide decisions
Ability to persuade others to change existing practices
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong verbal, written, PC and presentation skills
