Meta is seeking to fill the position of Process Intelligence Manager with a focus on process mining. The role will be within our Finance Transformation organization and will be responsible for planning, leading, and executing on global, cross-functional, enterprise-wide projects that impact the Finance organization.
We are seeking a detailed, motivated, solution-oriented individual that can work well with internal and external partners at all levels. The ability to think critically to plan and execute effectively while collaborating across teams and locations will be key to success. Currently, this role will focus on Finance related projects/initiatives, but a well-rounded process architect with experience in process mining is required.
The selected candidate will drive successful adoption and maturity of META’s Business Process Mining technology, in order to meet customer requirements, accelerate time to first value and drive measurable business impact. We are seeking a seasoned professional to work closely with Finance and supporting technical teams to drive process, system capabilities, and improvements that enable scale.
This role is accountable for partnering with a large variety of cross-functional stakeholders to optimize finance processes, systems and controls with an eye to modernizing foundational tools used by the finance and broader community to enable scalable solutions to support business growth, enhance our internal controls and mitigate financial risks. - Partner with cross functional team members, including functional area experts and global process owners outside the team, and subject matter experts within the team, stakeholders to ensure alignment of objectives with other ongoing and future initiatives
- Define data requirements and structure for Process Mining visualizations
- Perform deep process mining analysis and provide key insights
- Develop recommendations for improvement opportunities
- Coach business on how to use process mining dashboards
- Lead the process mining platform technology integration within Meta’s system architecture
- Set up process mining tools, dashboards, and visualization for broader distribution and decisioning using the analysis outcomes
- Plan, schedule, and manage project timelines and activities from project kick-off through training to ensure each project is delivered on time and meets requirements
- Design and document the definition, design, configuration, testing, deployment and integration of new, modified and/or enhanced improvements
- Lead and/or participate in the problem identification/error resolution process, including tracking, repairing and reporting defects
- May lead system change process from requirements through implementation

- Create, edit, revise and finalize life-cycle deliverables such as requirements specifications, solution design documents, and operating instructions (i.e. standard operating procedure)
- Create and maintain process, technical, project or other documentation, as may be required, to support configuration, project management, and training
- Support quality assurance activities as needed
- Develop process related risk, quality and operational metrics for understanding current state, defining target state and monitoring progress on an ongoing basis
- Consults with users and internal clients to solve complex system issues/problems through in-depth evaluation of business processes, systems and industry standards

Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, business analytics or a similar field
- 5+ years working with Process Mining technology (Celonis, UiPath, Others)
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
- Hands-on relevant process mining and analytics for problem-solving experience using and linking vast amount of data from multiple sources
- Demonstrated knowledge and expertise in SQL
- Understanding of data warehouses/lakes, data modeling, schema design
- Knowledge of business processes
- Previous experience working directly with senior business leadership translating business needs into project requirements
- Proven understanding of process improvement methodologies and tools
- Experience in creating, setting up analytical frameworks, dashboards and visualization, and underlying databases, for broader consumption
- Program/project management experience to coordinate and lead initiative across teams and functions. Skills to influence people to exchange information and results
- Must be a self-starter, flexible, innovative and adaptive. Highly motivated, comprehensive attention to detail, team oriented, organized.
- Effective communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, business analytics or a similar field
- Understanding of process analytics and related risk and quality metrics a plus
- Experience working and influencing in a cross-functional global environment and with all levels of employees

$107,000/year to $155,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
Individual pay is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
