As the Senior Manager, you will be part of our Prescription
Benefit Management (PBM) Innovation team.
This team is engaged across all functions of our PBM Operations, with
particular emphasis on root cause analysis, solution ideation, design, testing,
and implementation. You will have the opportunity to use your analytical skills
and logic to analyze the business, solve problems, and present recommendations
to senior leadership all in an effort to drive new operational initiatives,
which will have a profound impact on the future direction of the company.

The Senior Manager of the PBM Innovation Planning and
Support team will:

Partner with Innovation
leadership team and Talent Acquisition to ensure a consistent, high quality
approach to candidate sourcing, evaluation, hiring, and onboarding

Create, implement, and manage
an onboarding program that enables the PBM Innovation team to have a
consistent, high quality approach to Innovation as measured according to the
PBM Innovation team’s Success Criteria and individual Program goals (e.g. how
to develop high quality, accurate solutions that enable differentiated
performance on client operational performance measures, best in class service
to members, and regulatory and compliance excellence)

Develop, own, and refresh
“playbook” for excellence in innovation execution

Guide, oversee, and track
the root cause evaluation and lessons learned of gaps in value delivery or gaps
in execution or gaps in quality of all initiatives in the Innovation team

Support the development of training
curriculum for skills and functions required for innovation team members (e.g.,
business case development, leading an IT project, gathering consumer insight)

Coordinate team workshops
on relevant topics such as change management, running mini-tests, setting up
measurement dashboards

Frequently gather feedback
across the team regarding resources, tools

Support leaders in colleague development plans, particularly in creating “lateral” career paths with varied experiences across the full team

Support leaders in creating a Continuous Learning culture, a Growth Mindset across the team, and a culture of Grit through coordination of initiatives to support culture and engagement
objectives

Required Qualifications

5+ years of consulting or related high level analytical experience in an operational environment with experience in building complex business models

5+ years of demonstrated experience with spreadsheets, databases, and presentation software, including a strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint

Proven ability to analyze data sets and prepare materials and
presentations with a high degree of accuracy under tight deadlines

Superior analytical skills, quantitative skills, logic and problem solving skills

Demonstrated success dealing with ambiguity or uncertainty and
ability to learn on the fly to understand and solve new problems

Ability to communicate effectively in a manner that is clear,
logical and consistent both verbally and written

Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact
and influence at all levels of the organization

Highest level of attention to detail and the ability to manage
multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting
deadlines

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
