Duties and Responsibilities:

Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Required for Consideration as a Candidate:

(If a degree is required it must be from an accredited institution)

  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline
  • A strong understanding of air-laid and wet-laid non-woven processes (fiberglass, synthetics, and etc.)
  • Minimum 3years of experience in a Manufacturing environment requiring multi-tasking and the ability to prioritize.
  • Ability to function within cross-functional teams, utilizing good communication skills and a "hands–on" approach within all projects
  • Must be a strong "trouble-shooter" with a working knowledge of continuous processes
  • Proficient in MS Office and CAD software and applications

Additional Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Textile, Paper Science, Chemical or IndustrialEngineeringpreferred
  • 5years or more experiencewith air-laid and wet-laid non-woven and needling knowledge, preferably with fiberglass.
  • Knowledge of Lean and Six-Sigma doctrinesProject management skills
  • Background in ISO and Quality processes
  • Experienceworking with customers on problem resolution
