Job Description

Drives improvements to the call center environment through technology and process enhancements. Utilizes project management skills to manage implementation of technology enhancements and solutions, including employee readiness. Engages with business partners to analyze, implement, and update processes by utilizing sound process improvement models and techniques. Manages design or redesign of processes or projects using six sigma methodologies. Integrates best practices with process design to ensure continuous process improvement. Builds action plans and drives execution. Applies business redesign concepts, practices and DFSS tools. May manage teams to achieve process or project objectives. Processes are within a product or service delivery within a single business unit or department and are typically directed toward improving a single business, product, or function. May be Green Belt or Black Belt certified.

Required Skills:

  • Experience in process re-engineering and improvement
  • Experience with Agile or Waterfall methodologies
  • Minimum if 3 years of experience working with business operations, process improvement, project management, analytics and/or business transformation
  • Responsible for analyzing present state process, developing alternative future state and facilitating implementation
  • Experience in process mapping, analyzing data and process assessment outlining business opportunities
  • Strong presentation skills, inclusive of applicable data points and processes with concise and detailed illustration of desired approach / outcome
  • Proven leadership skills with ability to lead cross-functional workgroups and champion initiatives
  • Excellent verbal communication skills delivering comprehensive status to leadership or project sponsor
  • 3 years’ experience with project management across complex technology, people, and process

Desired Skills:

  • Prefer Contact Center and/or Home Loans experience
  • Summarizing analytics, processes, capabilities, opportunities and business cases into comprehensive material for executive briefings
  • Critical Thinking: Ability to assess quantitative and qualitative data to identify key themes that require deeper analysis and assessment
  • Innovative: Able to form a new perspective and develop new ideas and solutions to an identified problem
  • Advanced Visio, Excel and Power Point Skills
  • Experience as a Senior Level Consultant or similar role
  • Solving complex business problems leveraging Enterprise solutions and horizontal synergies
  • Driving education and culture shift to instill process engineering fundamentals.
