Salary Range: $80K - $88K Permanent Position with Benefits.

A large Steel Production Facility is seeking two Process Coordinators Electrical Project Maintenance Managers) to supervise, direct and coordinate the efforts of a team of managers, experienced technicians, craftsmen and project planners/schedulers to repair and maintain mechanical and electrical equipment used in a Steel Production Facility.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Bachelors of Science Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or EngineeringTechnologyDegree
  • ElectricalExperience (3-5years); AC/DC Motor; Programmable Logic Controls/Drives; Wiring; Electrical Instrumentation; Electrical Print Reading; Mtce. Job Planning experience; good organizational & analytical skills. 6 or more years of demonstrated knowledge in an Electrical maintenance environment is required.
  • Minimum of (3) years of hands-on experience working as a maintenance manager.
  • Steel Mill Equipment or other Heavy Industrial Machinery maintenance preferred.
  • Candidates must be experienced in reading blueprints / schematics, troubleshooting, and repair of process equipment and electrical equipment: pumps, valves, piping, steam turbines, switchgear, transformers, PLC's, conveyors, hoppers, drive systems, gear boxes and more...
  • Candidates must have experience coordinating maintenance activities with production managers and plant personnel to reduce down time.
  • Candidates must have experiencescheduling crews, completing production reports, conducting safety meetings, and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
  • Candidates must be capable of training safety programs to plant personnel to ensure a safe work environment including Federal, State and Local EPA compliance regulations.

Duties

  • Manage new PM documents within the Corporate EDMS system.
  • Monitor and track progress of the PM quality initiative program and generate a monthly status report
  • Conduct plant site audits of PM field tasks to insure standardized work instructions are clear and complete.
  • Provide direction for Q.I.T. and othersupport groups to assist Operating units and meet Business Plan objectives.
  • Develop effective PM's for equipment to support business unit metrics.

All positions include a base salary and an incentive. The amounts below are a target, final offers are based on experience. All include benefits, 401k with a 6% match, fully funded retirement up to 8.5% (age based), and offer relocation – typically movement of goods and family and temp living.

Candidates may be required to submit to a Criminal Background Check and a 10 Panel Drug Screen.
