As a Process Architect you will design new processes and act as a catalyst for process owners and process improvement teams to achieve defined improvement objectives and specific goals. You will participate in design, development and implementation of process architecture deliverables, including components of the assessment and optimization of people, process and system design and review of user requirements. As a member of this team, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure processes and tools support organizational needs and areas of dependency are clearly articulated. This includes developing prototypes of the process design and work with process owners, operations managers, technology architects and other IT areas as appropriate throughout development and implementation process and supporting technology solutions You will also manage process improvement projects to ensure they are embedded properly and align to process guidelines. Your responsibilities will also include advising on best practices for adoption, implementation, and adaption of processes as well as lead strategic discussions to define key value objectives for engagement, scope, and success metrics. Finally, you will advise internal and external stakeholders regarding process improvement tools and strategies as well as monitor key performance indicators, determine gaps in performance metrics, and recommend change management techniques for efficiency and quality improvements.
