Responsible for the overall National Sales direction of the Pro/AV Digital Signage Integrator Channel. Candidate will oversee the development and execution of sales strategies to achieve Management Revenue Target Plans and market share objectives. Additionally, this person will analyze and make recommendations to optimize partner coverage necessary to reach revenue goals.

Candidate will also manage the executive relationships and oversee ongoing business initiatives, programs and promotions within each partner. The Ideal candidate will have a proven track record, but not limited to, the Solution Provider, Pro A/V, or Distribution Channels, in addition to a firm understanding of Information Technology route to market through a vast distribution network.


• Oversee a National Sales Team responsible for management of ProAV / Digital Signage partners to achieve corporate sales and market share objectives. •Create and maintain strong business relationships with all levels of Partner Executive Management. •Provide Samsung management with the following but not limited to: market share data, competitive intelligence, program impact and sell through trends. •Direct joint business planning initiatives between Partner and Samsung, forming and reporting on KPI’s •Deliver revenue forecast and execute sales plans to deliver on objectives •Attend major industry events, trade shows and conventions. • Identify new and valuable emerging markets. •Create/Articulate Sales strategies to propel Samsung competitiveness.


Degree with 15+ years of directly related experience is required 3-5 years’ experience in IT Sales and Pro AV Products Direct Sales management experience required Microsoft Office Skills, Word, Excel, Power Point Strong communication and presentation skills Strong knowledge of industry products and competitors sales tactics Excellent organizational and planning skills Ability to convey needs, wants, and interests of Pro Av Dealers to drive execution strategies Ability to travel 50%
