Description

   As a Private Banking Officer II with Frost, you will beresponsible  for providing a full range offinancial services available through Frost Bank to existing high value individual clients or those who have high potential to fit the profile of a PrivateBanking customer.Responsibilities will include acquiring new clients by gaining prospect referrals fromother lines of business; maintaining a largeportfolio of existing and potential customers with significant high value; actively making sales calls to clients and prospects, which includes pre-call planning and strategy review; and leading relationship team(s) as situations and relationships may require, team could includePersonal Bankers, Commercial Officers, Insurance Agents, FMS Brokers, FMG Trust and Financial Management Officers and Mortgage Representatives. The candidate will beresponsible for a specific Market or Region; attend meetings conducted at the Financial Center, Market, and Region level; and demonstrate outstanding business development skills with knowledge in small businessloans/credit and cash management services.

Qualifications

   Required: *  5 - 7 years experience in Banking or Financial Services *  Extensive knowledge of deposit and lending needs *  Understanding and knowledge of small business needs *  Must have technical expertise with various systems *  Excellent written and verbal communication skills *  Exceptional time management skills *  Proficient in Microsoft computer applications *  Performance at the following level: Generate $1.0 - $3.0 million of new business per month *  FINRA Series 7 and 63 or attainment within 6 months *  General Lines Agent License: Life, Accident, Health, and HMO or attainment within 6 months *  Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience   Preferred: *  Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation*  General Lines Agent License: Property and Casualty (P&C)
