Key Areas of Responsibility: 

  • Partner with the client and Trexin Sr. Principals to scope project work and define detailed activities and outputs for the project’s duration. 

  • Synthesize conclusions derived out of tactical business and strategy meetings into recommendations. Work with Sr. Trexin and client leaders to deliver results.  

  • Manage small Project and Client teams on the account to successfully manage and deliver innovative solutions. 

  • Proactively keep client partners abreast of the progress and direction of all work being performed.  Create a shared point of view on opportunities or obstacles identified. 

  • Engage contact leads, develop networks and assist Trexin in developing business proposals. 

  • Assist in other practice areas and take on new roles as needed. 

  • Maintain in-depth and current knowledge of client’s strategies, business issues and relationships from senior management on down. 

  • Remain current on competitive trends in the industry to anticipate and identify new business challenges and issues at assigned clients.  

  • Proactively continue to strengthen subject matter expertise through on the job experience, participation in conferences, symposiums and other forums for professional knowledge sharing. 

  • Demonstrate knowledge of the client’s business to design effective processes, organizations to drive real business benefits  

  • Earn client trust at Director and VP levels though building solid relationships, creating strong client relationships with client and Trexin peer teams.  

  • Lead project teams to integrate change management into overall project plans.  

  • Lead requirements gathering and solutions design sessions, document business/system requirements in alignment with business users to understand priorities and how to leverage technology solutions to improve performance.  

  • Plan, manage and lead creation of client deliverables, including requirements, functional designs, future- and current-state process flows, strategy assessments, and proposals  

  • Lead program management and project delivery of technology-based business solutions across the systems development lifecycle. 

  • Lead core project management including risk mitigation, track issues, manage and prioritize task requirements, maintaining the work stream roadmap, or preparing project presentations and team updates.   

  • Work in multiple disciplines across industries and build client knowledge and credibility quickly (projects vary in length, lasting anywhere from a few weeks to several months)  

REQUIRED Skills & Experiences: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or technical area, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.  

  • A minimum of 5 years of multifunctional experiences and peer relationships with Middle to Sr. Management IT professionals. 

  • Knowledge and experience with gathering requirements, specifications, testing, and communicating with users/business representatives. 

  • Advanced communication (oral and written), demonstrated interpersonal and relationship building skills.  

  • Proven ability to identify issues, diagnose root causes and find innovative solutions to them through independent thinking and collaborating with client and teams. 

  • Proactive with demonstrated independent drive and ability to forge relationships with senior resources on the team.  

  • Advanced Microsoft office skills, especially Excel and Viso, including the ability to summarize with text, diagrams and data graphs.  

  • Advanced organizational, multi-tasking, and time-management skills. 

  • Proactively willing and able to take on new challenges and work outside of one’s comfort zone.  

  • Ability to travel up to 80%.
