What is Security Products Group at OCI?
OCI Security Products Group is building comprehensive services to protect customers' cloud environments with innovative approaches and hyperscale efficiency. Our vision is to build the most secure cloud environment so our customers can scale their applications and workloads confidently on top of OCI. We do this by investing in the latest techniques to detect system vulnerabilities, malicious activities, and solutions to remediate, notify and block attacks from bad actors.
Who are we looking for?
We are specifically looking for a Technical Program Manager to join our Security org. In this role, you will be responsible for driving both software and process deliverables across several different teams across OCI. You'll be leading and manage programs from kickoff to completion. You'll be responsible for taking large, complex, and ambiguous problems, breaking them down into manageable pieces to deliver solutions them in a successful and timely manner.
Most successful TPMs are those that have a healthy startup mentality and a get-it-done approach to execution. Maturity, effective negotiation skills, and analytical talent are essential tools to be effective. This TPM role will engage with senior engineering leaders to drive various improvements and deliverables. You will be comfortable working independently through ambiguity, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balancing the business needs versus technical constraints.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.
Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.
Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MSdegree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. Seven years of project management, product design or related experiencepreferred.
