Role Summary: Coach teams on effective execution of Scrum ceremonies through Sprint Planning, Retrospectives, Daily Standups. Coach all the principle roles of Scrum: Product Owner, Team and Scrum Master. Coach special roles such as Business Analysts and Software Development Managers. Coach teams on effective meeting facilitation: Creating agendas, driving to desired outcomes, root cause analysis. Essential Responsibilities:

Lead Separation and Day 1 readiness across DT for specific deals
Own TSA development, costing and execution across DT for specific deals
Manage Wind Down activities across DT for specific NewCos
Identify, mitigate, and escalate any deal or RemainCo related risks for specific deals
Negotiate with counterparty on behalf of GE, per the DT SMO DOA
Establish plan for shared DT organization programs, as they pertain to separating entities, and coordinate that plan with the program leaders
Support any general separation activities for DT organization for specific deals
Leverage deep technology, process and domain expertise to drive execution
Collaborate functional owners(s), project technical team(s), project managers within program and interdependencies teams.
Manage multiple deals in parallel Qualifications/Requirements Qualifications/Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or in “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
A minimum of 5 years of professional product management and/or software industry experience

Must be willing to work out of an GE office preferably located in Atlanta, Georgia; Boston, Massachusetts; New Orleans, Louisiana; Norwalk, Connecticut; Van Buren Township, Michigan; Houston, Texas; or the contiguous United States Desired Characteristics:

Desired Characteristics:
3+ years’ experience with Program and/or Project Management, driving cross-functional engagement and benefits
3+ years’ experience with GE Digital Technology applications, integrations and interdependencies
Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Business Development activities through active management of parts of an acquisition or divestiture (preferred)
3+ years’ experience with P&L financials, assessment models and financial management of IT/DT budgets
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or Engineering or equivalent years of experience
Strong negotiations skills
Process focused with clear thinking abilities
Influencing skills
Ability to prioritize and make tradeoffs between competing priorities
Ability to work well with team members from multiple functions
