Job Description

ADP’s Human Resource Outsourcing Operations (HRO Ops) is hiring a Principal Technology Solutions Engineer. The primary focus is to provide technology vision by defining needs, designing solutions, prioritizing development and delivering results. Serves as a technical resource/content expert to all stakeholders, providing them with tools and training necessary to increase the overall associate and client experience. Our fun and easygoing group works extensively with onshore stakeholders and offshore development resources. We work across the business with concentration on enhancing the associate experience by automating repetitive and rules-based work, allowing our teammates to focus on solving client needs.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Work with business and development teams to identify, prioritize, design, build, and deliver Robotics Process Automation (RPA) solutions across the HRO organization.
Thought leadership and technical consultation for solution and integration opportunities.
Utilizes information to make and execute upon recommendations regarding strategic tools initiatives and implementation.
Project Planning: report status, prepare individual work plans, ensure issues and risks are documented, run meetings with SMEs, build and maintain strategic roadmap for the toolset.
Deliver on defined Product lifecycle management (quality and incident maintenance, technology assessment to include analysis, configuration, integration and validation/support and program effectiveness).

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

Advanced degree with Major Area of Concentration in IT, Business, or Engineering

Experience:

10+ years experience.
Has developed knowledge and skills through formal training or considerable work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS: Preference will be given to candidates who have the following:

Solutions design expertise with heavy project and product management proficiency.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
Ability to separate and interweave people/process/technology needs and dependencies into cohesive solutions.
Extensive experience with Agile scrum development working with multi-disciplinary development teams.
A seasoned transformational leader with a strong track record of success in business process change in multi-business environments.
