Job Description

  • Experienced at understanding enterprise ERP strategy and execution.
  • 12+ years of PeopleSoft GL, AM and AP areas.
  • PeopleSoft Finance Experience in General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Asset Management module
  • Experience in OOTB Treasury solutions and integrations
  • Strong Cloud Experiencedesired
  • Proficient with Oracle PeopleSoft PeopleTools, such as, PeopleCode/iScript, BPEL/Web Services, Application Engine, Component Interface & Integration Broker, nVision, Workflow, SQL/SQR, Process Scheduler, Data Archiving, Performance Tuning, PeopleSoft Test Framework.
  • Experience with enterprise integration services/solutions
  • Experience and exposure to API gateways
  • Ability to analyze and trouble shoot production issues
  • Provide technical leadership (architecture, design, development oversight) and team leadership (planning, collaboration, conflict resolution, driving results) with monthly outcomes
  • Must have proven experience managing teams of at least 3 to 5 developers anyshore.
  • Manages all deliverables between on-site and off-site vendor teams. 
  • Responsible for assuring adherence to Enterprise Software Delivery Methodology
  • Completes project estimates across various lifecycle stages for all test types involved in a project. Works with team members
  • Must be able to oversee and get work done working withinternal developers and outsourced development vendors/implementation partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels.
  • Demonstrate good organization, presentation and customer service skills.
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Strong internal client focus and relationship building skills.
  • Demonstrates “make it happen” and “find a way” attitude.
  • Demonstrate the ability to adapt to business environment change.
  • Prior experience with regulated financial organization is a plus.
  • Experience with Agile Methodologies in a distributed team environment is a plus.
  • Ability to construct presentations and communications in a logical manner, sensitive to diverse audience's needs.
  • Computer Science or Financial accounting background preferred.
