The Analytics Manager, Client Partnerships will work closely with assigned Sales Reps on a daily basis to generate new business, grow existing business, and ensure client satisfaction with Resonate. Some of the responsibilities for this role include:

  • Develop and maintain expertise in Resonate’s software/analytics solutions. Responsible for onboarding new SaaS clients, increasing Resonate platform adoption, usage, and providing strategic value to current customers using Resonate data to increase renewal dollars and grow existing book of business
  • Manage relationships with multiple clients, and develop a solid understanding of their core business needs to prepare a suitable onboarding guide. Examples of this include:
    • Create a comprehensive cross channel tag measurement strategy to capture insights on core digital properties of the client
    • Create or replicate any existing buyer/shopper/voter personas using the Resonate taxonomy
    • Create different visualizations in Resonate platform to show value of Resonate data and platform to clients
    • Conduct quarterly check ins and find upsell opportunities to develop new customizable solutions to meet client’s ever-changing goals
  • Work cross-functionally with otherinternal teams such as product, marketing, operations, and finance to ensure Resonate meets customers’ business objectives and expectations with Resonate’s products

Qualifications & Experience REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 3 years related experience in SaaS Account Management
  • Digital media planning/placement, account management, or internet advertising sales support experience a plus
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
  • Dedication to quality and accuracy
  • High level of aptitude in Salesforce.com, MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Bachelor’s Degreerequired
