The Responsibilities:

As Principal Program Manager, you will lead our mobile credential innovation, driving and managing cross-functional internal and third-party teams to deliver, commercialize, and scale our solutions. You will use your sharp business mind and ability to strategize and implement high-level program initiatives to own project coordination and delegation. You'll optimize productivity and nurture program success from inception to completion. You will maintain a solid grasp on cross-functional team leadership, strategy, requirements documentation, and Agile development methodologies to deliver high-quality solutions to increase company revenue.

Specific responsibilities will include:

  • Serving as Program Manager for our mobile credential strategy
  • Providing leadership to cross-functional delivery teams and third-party partners
  • Working closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams, and assigned Project Managers to plan and develop scope, deliverables, required resources, work plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives
  • Motivating and inspiring teams to optimize collaboration and ensure program goals are reached
  • Managing and communicating program status and risk to all levels of an organization
  • Managing program and project teams for optimal return-on-investment; coordinating and delegating cross-project initiatives
  • Identifying key requirements needed from cross-functional teams and external vendors
  • Analyzing, evaluating, and overcoming program risks, and producing program reports for management and stakeholders
  • Negotiating and influencing priority between stakeholders to ensure the highest quality solution is delivered
  • Establishing initiatives and aligning with product and company goals
  • Influencing, creating, and coaching all stakeholders on process best practices

The Requirements:

Required skills:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 5+ years of experience as a program manager or advanced management role
  • 5+ years of experience leading complex multi-project strategic initiatives
  • Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Thorough understanding of the product lifecycle and software development lifecycle processes
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Diplomacy working with high-profile third-party partners
  • Ability to build strong interpersonal relationships with Product Management, Development, Support, Sales Engineering, leadership, senior management, and external third-party stakeholders
  • Comfort working with multiple teams that are in-house, remote, and internationally located
  • Experience identifying and communicating cross-functional dependencies

Preferred skills:

  • Master's degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Experience with mobile applications, payments, or transaction processing
  • In-depth understanding of Agile methodologies, technical understanding of products, and up-to-date on industry standards and best practices
