Position Summary...
As a Principal Product Manager, you will lead the development and execution of complex product strategies, driving data-informed decisions and customer-centric solutions. This role requires ownership of product roadmaps, stakeholder alignment, and the application of modern methodologies to deliver scalable innovations. You will influence cross-functional teams, mentor associates, and ensure seamless integration of emerging technologies while maintaining a strong focus on business objectives and customer needs. Your leadership will foster continuous improvement, operational excellence, and the successful delivery of impactful products within a dynamic environment.

The team focuses on delivering personalized product experiences through data-driven strategies and advanced analytics. It drives product roadmaps by integrating customer insights and emerging technologies to enhance recommendations. Collaborating closely with stakeholders, the team ensures alignment and effective communication across functions. The annual salary range for this position is $143,000.00 - $286,000.00

Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses.
