Job Description


This position requires working with all the major foundries and various function groups within the company and providing the technology support for analog related products.

  • Evaluate and benchmark foundry process technologies to identify right technology for design.
  • Collaborate with foundries and design teams on device development for high voltage BCD and high voltage SOI technologies.
  • Provide technical support to the design, layout, CAD, product, and various teams.

Job Requirements

  • MSEE degree with 8+ years of experience or PhD with 5+ years of experience.
  • Deep understanding on high voltage BCD and high voltage SOI processes and knowledge of LDMOS/DEMOS device physics are preferred.
  • ESD/Latch-up experience with emphasis on high voltage applications is preferred.
  • Experience with spice modeling and device characterizations is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
