Job Description

Job Duties: Align technology solutions and/or processes with Information Technology and business strategies. Resolve problems and assist with improvement of processes, on an ongoing basis. Support several moderately complex business processes. Analyze and coordinate logistical functions for delivery of Company's services based on ECC/GRC/Solution Manager, e-learning for Ariba, SAP Concur, zTPF, Attachmate, EXTRA! X-Treme, T-Pump environment and HP ALM. Create, modify, test code and scripts, assist in analyzing user needs for soft solutions. Develop requirements, develop detailed requirement specifications to Procure-to-Pay and other functions for delivery of Company's services. Design use cases and sequence diagrams using UML (Unified Modelling Language) for as part of requirements specifications documents. Document existing business processes and re-engineered business processes. Define and develop roadmaps to align technology solutions and processes with Information Technology and business strategies. Develop and deliver technical solutions with other business partners and IT organizations. Resolve end user issues by demonstrating an informed knowledge. Assist in OCM (Organizational Change Management) related activities by developing e-learning components.

Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or related field, followed by eight years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or eight years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation. Experience must include: 1) ECC/GRC/Solution Manager; 2) e-learning for Ariba; 3) SAP Concur; 4) zTPF; 5) Attachmate; 6) Extra! X-Treme; 7) T-Pump environment; 8) HP ALM; 9) JAVA Swing; 10) Java Script; 11) Requirements Analysis; 12) Quality Assurance and Testing; 13) End user Training; and 14) Production Support. This position requires pre-employment background verification, medical review, and pre-employment drug screen.
