About the Role:

LifeLock has recently joined forces with Norton, so, we are growing the size, scope and capability of our internal agency ID8 – transforming it from a thriving internal agency with award winning creatives in two offices, to a world class internal agency for a global company with an even bigger marketing budget and an even more exciting story to tell. This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Senior Art Director to join our growing in-house agency, ID8.

You'll work closely with our Creative Directors and talented writers in our Tempe office to create campaigns and tell stories that inspire people about our brand: From digital, to video and social and web. Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for creating everything from integrated campaigns to projects that involve digital, video, print etc.
  • Think creatively and develop new design concepts, graphics and layouts; participate in reviews with internal clients.
  • Strengthen the brand through consistent quality and appearance.
  • Delivering strong creative ideas that build understanding of LifeLock and Norton for consumers and other specific audiences.
  • Presenting your work to clients and other internal audiences.
  • Interface with external resources that may be involved in creative or production.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience at an ad agency or in-house creative/design department.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • A portfolio that demonstrates that you know how to create big ideas across a variety of media.
  • Great communication skills in presenting ideas, selling work, brainstorming and taking everything to the next level.
  • Fluency in Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign a must), familiar with Sketch. Knowledge of HTML, After Effect, FinalCut Pro a plus.
  • Strong understanding of graphic design principles, methods and practices, as well as all phases of design, production, and delivery for digital and print marketing/corporate materials.
  • Excellent design skills, strong sense of typography, attention to detail, and ability to adhere to brand style guide.
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Team player and the ability to work independently with little supervision.
