POSITION SUMMARY?

Experienced Scrum master with Salesforce background and excellent communication abilities to lead scrum ceremonies and work closely with business and technical teams to manage project execution.



RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Lead scum ceremonies including daily scrum calls, sprint planning/grooming sessions, release management, sprint demos and sprint retrospective
  • Work closely with product owners and business and remove obstacles for the technical teams
  • Maintain release roadmap based on priority and current status of user stories
  • Track all project issues and own resolution by working with other team members and leaders
  • Report health of the project to leadership using standard Agile metrics
  • Work closely with business, analysts and product owners to maintain and groom user stories
  • Work closely with technical team and product owners to help prioritize backlog
  • Manage risk and raise any key decision points with leadership as needed
  • Work with offshore teams to provide direction and guidance on user stories and requirements
  • Help define and enforce standards and best practices
  • Drive process improvements among the team
  • Facilitate discussions and conflict resolution
  • Bring best practices and knowledge about the Salesforce platform to help coach business and technical teams on ways to effectively utilize the product
  • Work closely with quality engineers to put together a test strategy and test plan



QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

  • 5+ years of experience as scrummaster or a similar role
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM and Service Cloud
  • Excellent communication and inter-personal skills
  • Ability to work across all levels of the enterprise
  • Strong customer relationship and leadership skills
  • Demonstrated experience in Scrum methodology and leading scrum ceremonies
  • Experience managing and leading technical developers
  • Ability to multi-task and manage several workstreams in parallel
  • Results-Oriented with ability to independently run programs and projects
  • Advanced problem solving and design skills
  • Ability to understand business challenges, show empathy towards customers and elicit requirements
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and be a get-things-done leader
