We know most people don't unleash their full potential because theyare unable or even afraid to dig deep and challenge their own perceptions andbeliefs. We support leaders to create meaningful work environments that enablepeople to come to work and fully engage. We do this for personal reasons: Webelieve everyone has a better, healthier, stronger version of themselves thatis just waiting to be unleashed upon the world, and we want to help make thathappen.

Those who have observed the way we work, as well asthose who have experienced our passion would describe what we do at Refinery asfun-and they wouldn't be wrong! However, it's important for us to stress howseriously we take this work and the level of commitment required to design, develop and deliver learning that has a real impact. In other words, we run avery tight ship to be able to deliver our work so it does appear seamless, atan exceptionally high-quality level. Livingour work means acknowledging that we're all human and imperfect; it meansholding yourself accountable for ongoing personal development; being open tostretching outside of your comfort zone in service of growth; giving andreceiving regular feedback; nurturing curiosity; and always welcoming diverseperspectives-be it in a formal meeting or your inner monologue.
