Key Responsibilities- As a Primary Care Physician (PCP) and leader of the care team, you will provide comprehensive primary healthcare to a dedicated patient panel while ensuring exceptional, value-based care to the community.
- Deliver patient-centered, comprehensive primary care services aligned with a value-based care model
- Actively participate in quality improvement programs and contribute to practice performance metrics
- Maintain compliance with privacy, regulatory, and quality standards, ensuring adherence to HealthyU Family Medicine policies, procedures, and protocols
- Implement and support innovative healthcare technologies, services, and programs to enhance community health and wellness
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to ensure high-quality patient care
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Completion of an accredited Medical Program in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
- Valid state-issued medical license (must be active by the first date of employment)
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
- Active DEA Registration
- Ability to provide two professional references
- Two or more years of clinical experience in primary care
- Experience providing longitudinal patient care (continuity of care)
- Familiarity with managed healthcare systems, including quality assurance, quality improvement, risk management, population health, and disease management programs
- Strong ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication skills with both patients and colleagues
- Self-motivated and results-driven approach to patient care
Salary Description
$225,000-$250,000/year
