Optum Washington is looking for a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a busy team of primary care providers at our Primary Care clinic located at our Optum - Mill Creek Clinic just 30 minutes north of Seattle in Mill Creek, WA.

This is a traditional outpatient primary care medicine practice supporting patients from Mill Creek and its surrounding communities:
The Role:

Required Qualifications:
Washington Residents Only : T he salary range for this role is $249,728 to $355,092 per year. Salary Range is defined as total cash compensation at target. The actual range and pay mix of base and bonus is variable based upon experience and metric achievement. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Job summary:

- We offer a highly competitive compensation and benefits package with productivity and quality incentives
- Our sign-on and retention bonus package goes up to $100,000 for highly-qualified physicians
The Role:
- Outpatient Primary Care: 18 - 20 patients day, on average with 20/40 min visits
- Ability to focus on a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine population
- Large Collegial group of Primary Care physicians and specialists on site
- Work life balance with flexible shifts- Full time is a 4-day work week
- Incredible location in the Mill Creek neighborhood with numerous medical specialties as well as Behavioral Health Pediatrics, GI, Dermatology, and Urgent Care
- Call is light and shared | Triage RN call

- BC/BE Family Medicine or Internal Medicine or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Unrestricted WA license or ability to obtain prior to start date
- Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to start date
