The Primary Care practice at Penn Medicine Bucks County is seeking a full time nurse practitioner to join their team. Located in Yardley, PA, less than 1 hour from Center City Philadelphia, the group consists of seven physicians and three advanced practice clinicians. They are certified as a Patient Centered Medical Home and utilize the Epic EMR. They are located in a Penn multi-specialty building that also houses Penn Cardiology, Radiology, a lab and other sub-specialties including Endocrinology, Pulmonary, Neurosurgery, and GI/Bariatric.
The new hire’s duties will include the following:
Primary Care in the ambulatory setting
Urgent care/walk ins
Office gynecology, including Pap smears
Care management: transitions of care, diabetic teaching, etc.
The new hire will work one evening per week and participate in the Saturday morning office rotation.
Candidates must be licensed to practice professional nursing in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, and possess a M.S.N, and certification as a nurse practitioner. A family nurse practitioner is preferable. The CRNP must be reviewed by the Credentials Committee and approved by the Medical Board. New-to-practice candidates with 5+ years of clinical nursing experience are welcome to apply.
