The Pricing Strategy and Analytics Manager will provide strategic business and financial input cross functionally to establish and improve go-to-market approaches with existing and new clients across the product portfolio. You will partner with sales, marketing and the Client Solutions and Service Team on account strategy, deal negotiation, contract structuring, and pricing analysis that balances external needs with internal business goals. You will leverage market data, competitive insights and market/vertical expertise to build financial models, pricing proposals, and other relevant financial justification for senior leadership review. You will support sales, finance and product General Managers in key initiatives, identify business trends, and contribute to the annual budgeting process. Using data you will convince customers of the value of our product portfolio.
What You'll Do:
- Establish the value of our products using data and incremental sales statistics
- Find the data to support pricing strategy
- Develop data based arguments to convince customers of the value of our products
- Articulate rationale for various pricing proposals to internal and external clients
- Deep dive into price volume & mix drivers across products and customers to determine area of opportunity to drive incremental revenue and profit
- Identify opportunities for pricing focused research and work across support teams to assess multiple applications for common research studies
- Team up with cross-functional partners to lead the development and dissemination of pricing research
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's Degree (Finance, preferred)
- At least five years of experience in revenue management
