As part of CSRA's Growth organization, the PTW group supports capture for the company’s most strategic bids.  The PTW Lead is responsible for leading the analysis and development of deliverables ultimately leading to a winning bid price recommendation.  The successful candidate will have experience briefing senior leadership and “making the case” for the PTW recommendation.

As a PTW Principal you will:

  • Assess government RFP price evaluation models to determine the key cost and price levers for the evaluated bid price
  • Develop the probable competitive evaluated bid price range considering the RFP evaluation criteria, customer buying behaviors, and competitive positioning on non-price evaluation factors
  • Substantiate the probable bid range based on quantitative data such as customer budget data, salary and wrap rate modeling, labor profile modeling, industry benchmarks & metrics, reverse engineering of past bids, and expert judgment
  • Conduct business case analysis considering bid and execution models
  • US Citizenship is required along with Federal government contracting experience
  • Ability to brief Senior Leadership and "make the case" for the PTW recommendation

In addition to the above, the successful candidate will have demonstrated experience in the following areas:

o    Complex IT infrastructure bids including managed services and “as a service” 
o    Complex software bids including Agile 
o    Mission services such as cyber, systems engineering, infrastructure, etc.

To qualify, you must meet these basic qualifications: 

o    Bachelor's+ 15 yrs related experience
o    Demonstrated price to win experience
o    5+ years of experience with PTW, pricing or pricing strategy
