Southwest Company has a unique opportunity for a seasoned and established President in the Retail Development field.
The President will be a skilled leader with a vision for the Company, both short term as well as long, a successful operational leader and someone who excels in strategic plan development. He/she also will be a confident executive who always leads with integrity, while overseeing the day-to-day operations and execution of all programs within the Company. The President must maximize revenue-generating opportunities; ensure fiscal transparency and accountability; develop and maintain a "Best Place to Work" culture; work successfully with Concept leaders and staff; manage client relationships; and integrate a customer-centric philosophy within the Company.
? Planning, Strategic Thinking and Vision
? Creating and actualizing clear and sustainable short and long-term visions and business plans for the Company.
? Articulating and implementing a shared vision, growth schedule and client centric message that reflects the unique mission of the Company and its' impact upon the individual clients/business owners we work with.
? Maintaining a focus on proactive planning that identifies and takes advantage of emerging trends and business needs.
? Operational Management, Programming and Marketing
? Managing the operations of the Company to maximize efficiency, productivity and the long-term financial sustainability of the organization. This includes establishing and monitoring systems for financial controls and supervising regular reviews of the budget to control expenses based on actual income.
? Overseeing the design, implementation and execution of mission-driven, competitive, cost-effective, profitable and innovative programs that establish the Company as a continuing leader in its field.
? Develop and implement a marketing plan that will achieve a significant boost in new clients and revenue, aid in retaining current clients and continue to support and foster a long term vision for the Company.
? Executive Leadership
? Leading the Company with poise, confidence, transparency and sound judgment at all times.
? Providing inspirational leadership to the Concept leadership, staff, clients and overall organization..
?Working with the Concept Leadership, staff, and vendors to build upon Company strengths, maximize resources and build a stronger Company for the future.
? Staff Management
? Arranging for the on-going supervision, regular evaluations and accountability of all staff members.
? Creating a work environment that is results-oriented, client-focused and responsive to the needs of the client as well as the Organization.
? Taking appropriate actions including recommending staff changes and salary adjustments as appropriate.
? Company Administration
? Planning Company meetings that will ensure the Chairman of the Board, Leadership within the Company, and all staff members are engaged with, and knowledgeable about, the Company's programs, services and direction
?Recruiting top business leaders and staff members to enhance the Company as well as working with the Chairman of the Board and concept leadership to facilitate staff development and growth.
