Job Description

The Presentations Project Coordinator is a key member of the RRD team delivering exceptional professional customer service in a collaborative, blended-shore environment to our globally-recognized client. Primary responsibilities include handling client project requests and coordinating the production of PowerPoint presentations, business documents, sales collateral, infographics, charts, diagrams and other general desktop publishing duties to meet client expectations.


  • Coordinate projects from inception to completion; formats include Powerpoint, Word, Visio
  • Assist in the production of high-quality pitchbooks, presentations and client memoranda with an emphasis on detail, accuracy, quality and a critical eye in terms of aesthetics
  • Review and estimate project requirements, and schedule production
  • Organize workflow within the team, including prioritizing jobs and delegating duties to associates
  • Gather and dispense information and resources required for production
  • Align internal and off-shore resources for load-balancing and project work flow
  • Monitor work flow to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, delivered on time and within scope
  • Interface with clients and team members to clarify project expectations and instructions
  • Collaborate with team members on project planning and conceptual direction
  • Communicate changes in project scope and schedule to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Report and escalate to management as needed
  • Proofread and perform quality assurance
  • Close project and documentation, pass project deliverables to client
  • Handle sensitive and/or confidential documents and information with discretion
  • Track production metrics and assist in producing reports on a daily, weekly and quarterly basis

Assist in file maintenance and resource organization

Required Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience; graphic design background a plus
  • Minimum five years’ experience in a desktop publishing production environment, with an emphasis on generating presentations and illustrative depictions of statistics or complex processes
  • Prior experience with direct client interaction
  • Acquainted with Onsite and Offshore working models
  • Proficiency in MS Powerpoint, including animation features, and MS Word
  • Competency in Excel and Visio
  • Versed in PC Windows operating environment
  • High-level understanding of tools, techniques and best practices required in the execution of desktop publishing production tasks, to inform decision-making in project planning/estimation or technical queries
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • Able to work well with diverse teams
  • Capable of keeping collected in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with task scheduling and resource assignment
  • Effective time management in a multi-task, multi-project environment
  • Solid organizational skills to facilitate multiple work streams and fluid priorities
  • Excellent client-facing and internal customer service skills
