Job Responsibilities

  • Design presentations for company-wide and investorevents using company branding guidelines
  • Create original graphic content for slides for a wide variety of audiences
  • Attend meetings with stakeholders to find graphic solutions to complex problems
  • Work with additional freelance presentation specialists to manage workloads and workflow for large-scale productions
  • Coordinate with off-site A/V personnel regarding technical requirements for sound, lighting, and presentations
  • Contribute to the innovative development of the creative department
  • Design, produce and edit PowerPoint presentations from copy, images and graphics as needed
  • Re/format quantitative data from reports or output for use in PowerPoint documents
  • Enhance visual formatting of PowerPoint documents within various design styles
  • Understand and work with various presentation devices
  • Provide consistent spellchecking and proofreading
  • Manage imagery and graphic elements

Minimum Requirements

  • Associates Degree in a related field such as graphic design, graphic arts, graphic communications, or desktop publishing
  • 5+ years of directly relevant experience
  • Technically proficient in both PC and Mac environments
  • Knowledge of specialized applications, including Adobe PhotoShop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.
  • Ability to resolve technical and production challenges when working in either Mac or Windows platform
  • Excellent organizational skills with ability to juggle multiple assignments and manage a large volume of presentations for key corporate events
  • Proficiency in proofing content; editing skills a plus
