Job Summary

Provides overall directional guidance to Regional Prepaid Sales Teams and implement competitive strategies for Prepaid field sales organization and dealers. Works with Region President and Prepaid Team to engage and influence their regional strategic partners, master agents and dealer teams to understand business needs and design programs to meet the needs of the market. Provide market insights, customer/dealer feedback, competitive intelligence and information from any and all competitive sources to Prepaid Corporate Team to shape Go -to- Market approaches and address customer needs. Delivers and advises on campaigns and market strategies for prepaid dealers plus coordinate strategic plans and objectives. Responsible for master agent, major dealer and local dealership owner relationships within the Region. Works directly with Prepaid Marketing, Prepaid Sales and Operations, Region Director, Indirect and Prepaid Sales Managers to provide unified campaigns, special offers and 4P support to the field.

This Manager Prepaid Regional Sale will support the Southern California and Arizona Boost Mobile markets. The position can be filled in either the Los Angeles metro area or the Phoenix metro area.

  • Monitors and tracks performance of field sales managers and 5-25 field reps supporting up to 500 dealer doors
  • Provide performance insights and track key prepaid metrics as assigned.
  • Major functional areas include - dealer relationships, dealer performance, local competitive intelligence gathering, influence of regional strategies

Must have valid driver's license, three consecutive years of active driving history, successfully complete driver's safety training, and otherwise comply with Sprint's Driver Safety Policy and guidelines.

Must be willing to travel 50% to 75% within the market geography.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree and eight years related experience or twelve years related work experience post high school
  • Three years implementing sales strategies
  • Three years of leading and directing field sales teams
