If so, we are looking for you to join our Public-Sector Dynamics 365 for Customer Engagement Premier Field Engineer Team (D365CE PFE).



As a Microsoft PFE you play a vital role by delivering proactive services designed to meet the customer’s current and future business strategy for their D365 platform. Proactive services include workshops, assessments and tailored guidance that are delivered on a short or long-term basis. PFEs also actively participate in product implementations and deployments with customers, partners and Microsoft Services.


Develop intimate knowledge of the customer environment and have a collaborative approach with others, including: Microsoft Services, Partners and Product Groups.


Participate in proactive account management, spot performance issues, analyze problems, develop solutions to meet customer needs.


Strong technical writing skills and the ability to effectively communicate with customers and internal Microsoft Teams on technical and mission critical issues.


Manage the service delivery, engagement consumption and ensure timely services execution to meet the customer’s current and future business demands.

Maintain, expand D365 CE accreditations and certifications; assist in developing best practices for key technologies & products to
support technical team readiness.


  • 5 years of experience in technical support in an enterprise environment, including the following;
    • Deep understanding of CRM customizations & CRM solution architecture.
    • General knowledge of the latest .Net Framework.
    • General understanding of the CRM SDK.
    • Ability to troubleshoot & debug plugins, custom workflows activities and other components utilizing the CRM SDK.
    • Ability to read, understand and debug Javascript.
    • Knowledge of oData & oAuth.
  • Other desired skills:
          Write sample code in C# or other languages.
          Hands on experience with Azure.
          XML developer skills.
          Ability to perform a code review and identify issues.
  • A 4-year technical degree or equivalent work experience is required.


You Should Know: The successful candidate must be a U.S. Citizen and be able to obtain a DoD clearance at the level sought by our customers when required for the role.  Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. Failure to maintain or obtain the appropriate clearance and/or customer screening requirements may result in employment action up to and including termination.
