Our Client is a market leader in the area of mobiletechnology for law enforcementinvestigators. They are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to head up their SWFL sales operations out of the Tampa, FL area. This company provides several different SaaS related products and is looking for someone who understands the selling process to local municipalities and governments agencies.
In this role you will be managing sales representatives who call on government organizations selling SaaS based mobiletechnology that helps reduce costs, ensure compliance and improve consumer satisfaction. With the company being in growth mode, these Sales Reps are heavily focused on new business acquisition. This is a high-level, consultative sales management role. Your will be expected to recruit, hire and train a new sales organization of Sales Reps focused on a transactional sale with deal sizes ranging from $5k - $20k.
- BA / BS
- 10 years of salesexperience selling SaaS software solutions or Mobile Technology solutions.
- Minimum of 3years of Sales Management experience, carrying $MM quotas.
- Client likes candidates from companies like: ADP, Concur, Ceridian, Paychex, etc.
- Knowledge of, and experience selling to, governmental and municipalities required.
- Must be able to show consistent over-quota achievement as an Account Executive & Sales Manager.
- Strong W2 history (over $150K annually) for the last 3years.
- All candidates must possess the skill set and desire to leverage a very aggressive comp plan for themselves & their Team.
Base Salary: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 (DOE) + $550/mo Car Allowance + Mileage
On-Target-Earnings: $180,000.00 - $200,000.00 - Uncapped
Location: Tampa or Saint Petersburg, FL
Relocation: Candidate Paid Only
