The Practice Manager, Organizational Wellbeing will analyze our current service/consulting offerings within the Organizational Wellbeing space to identify the customer and prospect benefits, determine appropriate positioning and messaging through prospect, customer, and competitive research. Using those insights, the person will develop marketing programs utilizing various types of deliverables and channels targeted to multiple internal and external stakeholders to support new business development, accelerate opportunity velocity and expand and retain existing business.


Specific Responsibilities:

  • Ownership of Organizational Wellbeing thought leadership content development process across the benefits and HR division as the foundation for all marketing messaging/collateral/assets
  • Organizing practice thought leadership content and practice marketing programs including an editorial calendar (webinars, whitepapers, conference speaking submission deadlines and engagements, client seminars, etc.), press releases and media pitches, ownership of project plans, timing and budgeting
  • Ownership of value proposition and positioning for Organizational Wellbeing consulting solutions as the foundation for all marketing messaging/collateral/assets
  • Primary contact for niche-specific marketing programs and thought leadership development with designated Practice Leaders and Regional Marketing teams.
  • Development and management of earned media opportunities for thought leaders' speaking engagements
  • Development and management of lead generation programs in collaboration with Campaign Management and Marketing Automation teams
  • Partnering with Sales Enablement, Communications and Learning Development & Training teams on sales tools including internal communications and training for sales enablement
  • Leveraging Organizational Wellbeing content and marketing programs to fill white space and cross-solve within the practices, within the Benefits & HR division, with Gallagher Global Brokerage (Risk Management & Commercial Insurance division) and other divisions within the enterprise
  • Competitive analysis
  • Support transition and full integration of new Organizational subject matter experts, merger partners and legacy brands into one unified Organizational Wellbeing Practice focused on delivering benefits and solutions as part of Gallagher's holistic, consulting approach
  • Partner with ART Department, Marketing Automation, Web and Social Media teams to integrate key messaging and positioning through all collateral materials and provide strategic direction empowering teams to develop copy for marketing communications deliverables including, email and web content, case studies, newsletters, brochures, and other materials as needed
  • Partner with Communications team on development, management and execution of internal and external communications strategies and content
  • Coordinate the approval process with internal and external stakeholders for project deliverables
  • Lead strategy and planning for practice tradeshow/conference participation
  • Champion consulting practice-specific expertise, capabilities and insights where applicable in core thought leadership content (NBS, BIC, HCI)
  • Ensure accuracy, quality, and consistency of corporate standards for all product marketing assets



Qualifications

Required:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing communications or similar field
  • 7 or more years related experience

Nice to Have:

  • Excellent writing skills, both technical and narrative
  • Strong communication skills interfacing with subject matter experts to produce content
  • Experience developing and managing project plans and editorial calendars including speaking submissions, speaking engagements and content releases
  • Creative mind with a strong design aesthetic
  • Experience gathering details on market dynamics, client needs and technology, and leveraging this knowledge to create compelling content that highlights the value of a service offering
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Experience in employee benefits and HR consulting, Compliance, Employee Communications, Multinational Benefits & HR, or Wellbeing & Engagement or insurance industry
