The Practice Administrator oversees the administrative and operational functions of multiple physician practice sites working directly with the practice managers and the providers. Serves as a resource and liaison to the physicians practicing in the sites for which they areresponsible. Performs duties in collaborative role withDirector of Operations. Oversees all aspects of practice management and staffsupervision in a dynamic and challenging setting. Operates in a collaborative andsupportive environment to manage practice growth,supportdevelopment efforts and emphasize service quality. Ensures adherence to best practice standards, staff development initiatives, revenue cycle effectiveness, performance and productivity measures and operational excellence.
Bachelors Degree required, with a minimum of 5 years’ experience in Healthcare Administration, physician practice management, or related field. Experience in management required, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Strong clinical, business and management background required. Must have excellent presentation, communication, organization and staff management skills. Must be committed to a team-oriented work environment.
