We are a collaborative, hardworking and highly productive lab. The lab was established in 2015, and within just over 3 years, we have developed and patented two major imaging platforms: oblique scanning laser ophthalmoscopy, and visible and near infrared optical coherence tomography. We are now expanding the lab to implement those novel techniques in broad applications in retina, cortex, endoscopy and other ex vivo applications. Those projects have been very productive and received excellent recognition.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals to join the lab, to develop novel optical imaging techniques for ophthalmic and endoscopic applications. Candidates with experiences on ophthalmic imaging, endoscopy, optical coherence tomography, fiber sensing and imaging system will be highly competitive. The position will require PhD degree on scientific discipline, for example, electrical engineering, computer science, biomedical engineering etc.
