Post Sales Technical Support Specialist - Wireless Telecom
Our client is a global leader in fiber-speed wireless internet. They are urgently looking for a PostSales Technical Specialist to be home office based in CST. This role will be a member of the global professional services team. No travelrequired apart from during onboarding (overseas) upon joining and occasionally for global team training.
•Technical background and at least 3years’ experience in wireless transmission systems and/or Ethernetnetworking
•This position requires a high degree of technical qualification, analytical and problem-solving thinking, with the ability to handle multiple tasks in a challenging environment.
•The right person must be independent, self-motivated with quick-learning capabilities.
• Provide post-sales technical support to partners and customers
• Answer trouble tickets by phone, email and remote connection
• Provide guidance and distant training
• Support partners and customers withnetwork planning
