Old National Bank has a position open for a Commercial Credit Portfolio Manager (PM) in Madison, WI. The PM is responsible for ensuring the accuracy of risk analysis and grading, timely monitoring ofthe receipt and proper analysis of financial information provided by the borrower and timely completion of annual reviews and covenant monitoring for commercial relationships. Commercial Credit Portfolio Managers may work with either Commercial & Industrial (C&I) or Commercial Real Estate (CRE) credits.
Responsible for completing annual reviews and portfolio monitoring for both C&I and CRE customers.
Manage risk in assigned portfolio by monitoring customer credit worthiness, adherence to loan terms, and general economic conditions.
Identify and communicate issues regarding the financial statements and loan covenant adherence to thePortfolio Manager/Relationship Manager.
Prepare required credit approval materials for annual reviews of moderately complex middle market credits in a timely manner.
Prepare analyses to identify and evaluate the assigned credit risk grades.
Provide risk grade recommendations to the appropriate level of credit administration.
Ensure accuracy of assigned risk ratings on the bank’s credit systems.
Demonstrate a clear understanding of Old National Bank policies and procedures.
Bachelor’s degree in finance or business related field or equivalent experience.
2+ years of related Commercial Credit experience including financial statement spreading, calculation of loan covenant requirements, and assignment of appropriate risk ratings.
Demonstrated success in researching, evaluating, and presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and bring projects to completion in a timely manner.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with Moody’s Risk Analyst preferred.
Detail oriented with strong technical skills, knowledge, and abilities.
Proven verbal and written communication skills.
Must be team oriented with a demonstrated willingness to collaborate with others to achieve team results.
