What You Will Be Doing:
Monitoring and reporting on Portfolio initiatives and epics with Product Management and key stakeholders.
Assisting Product Management teams in capturing and publishing roadmap information through a common toolset.
Developing presentations for various stakeholder audiences to reflect financial trends and train/portfolio effectiveness and performance.
Facilitating alignment of priority initiatives between agile release trains and other lines of business.
Executing financial tasks such as gathering required financial information, monitoring budgets and actual spending, tracking forecast revisions and updating reports.
Aggregating financial, product management, solution and service delivery data and transforming the data for reporting and stakeholder presentations.
Facilitating best practices and automation to improve efficiency and overall quality of services delivered by the team.
Supporting vendor management processes specifically around contingent worker management.
Coordinating/managing portfolio initiatives such as 3rd party software upgrades and consulting engagements.
Supporting annual portfolio roadmap planning, budgeting and reporting.
Planning, coordinating, and facilitating on-site and remote team events and town halls, as well as, agile ceremonies (such as scrum of scrums, program increment planning, demos and inspect & adapt sessions).
What You Need to Be Successful:
Bachelor’s Degree or the equivalent in experience is required along with 5 years experience in project and financial management in a technology environment context.
Preferred experience with lean budgeting and lean portfolio management within a scaled agile environment.
Organizational change management, strategic planning, and risk management experience preferred.
Advanced skills using Microsoft Excel for performing budget forecasts, tracking accruals, etc.
Experience using Azure DevOps or other project management / issue tracking software.
Experience using Aha! or other strategic product management roadmap software a plus.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt to audience.
Strong leadership, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams without formal authority.
Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail and the ability to understand how a process fits into an overall solution ecosystem.
Ability to work in a dynamic environment where responsibilities evolve as the team matures.
Demonstrated self-starter with ability to work with limited supervision.
