The role will focus on engagement & development with Alexa Fund portfolio companies and developing marketing strategies to promote the Alexa Fund and our portfolio companies. It will also own relationships with portfolio companies CEOs/founders and other leadership. The program manager will build and cultivate a diverse network across Amazon, recruit business leaders for coaches/mentors for portfolio companies, and develop and execute marketing campaigns for the portfolio and the Alexa Fund.


Responsibilities
· Manage relationships with Alexa Fund portfolio companies and work closely with the CEOs/founders post-investment to see the integration strategies through
· Discover and open up business development opportunities for the companies with Amazon
· Plan and execute ongoing workshops/webinars to provide Alexa & Amazon updates to portfolio companies
· Develop marketing strategies that provide external amplification for portfolio companies and the Alexa Fund
· Review and partake in due-diligence of potential Alexa Fund investments
· Recruit Amazon experts to act as coaches/mentors and match them with portfolio companies
· Develop understanding of programs/services across Amazon and development access for portfolio companies

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

· Bachelor’s degree
· 5+ years experience in product management, marketing, program management and/or a related field
· Experience communicating and/or presenting with senior management both internally and externally

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

· MBA Preferred
· Experience working with or as an employee of early-stage and growth companies, Accelerators/Incubators, and/or VC firms
· Excellent oral and written communication skills and an ability to influence a range of teams across multiple businesses
· Bias for action, and ability to work independently with ambiguity toward stated goals with minimal oversight
· Experience with Amazon retail processes and tools
· Experience with creating and executing marketing campaigns
· Experience building and executing strategies from scratch
· Ability to own and drive a multiple of high-impact programs at the same time.
