We are looking for full-time police officers that are service oriented, dedicated, and self-motivated. Hiring incentives are available for both lateral and new candidates! We have a family atmosphere with great support from our City Council and community. Patrol Officers currently work 12-hour shifts which provides for a 5-day weekend every other week. Opportunities within the department also include possible assignments for: General Investigations, Mobile Field Force (Hennepin County), West Metro Drug Task Force, Drug Recognition Officer (DRE), and Towards Zero Death Enforcement Traffic Enforcement.
