MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS:

  • 4 year college degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience.
  • 3-5+ years of project and process implementation
  • Ability to translate business and functional requirements into actionable items
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, analytical, and technical abilities
  • Self-motivated to drive processes forward
  • Ability to perform well under tight deadlines
  • Success working in a cross-functional, fast-paced environment leading complex operations initiatives
  • Demonstrated experience in creating a portfolio view across multiple projects

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

  • PMP, Agile, P30 or other relevant project management certification is highly desirable
  • Experience in a highly process-oriented (CMMI Level 3 or above) company
  • SaaS product development experience preferred

GENERAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Manage the project delivery framework, processes, related tools, and templates, as well as supporting the Technology & Product team for successful delivery of projects
  • Drive the end-to-end Project lifecycle process design and new system implementation, collaborating with product and engineering teams
  • Refinement of existing Project lifecycle processes, procedures, and templates to evolve existing practices to the next level of maturity
  • Maintaining MINDBODY portfolio of projects
  • Work with executives in defining portfolio goals and providing performance metrics on selected goals
  • Assist projects throughout the Project lifecycle to maintain governance framework and its deliverables.
  • Develop PMO long-term strategies, roadmaps, and action plans
  • Design reporting and perform analyses to drive effective process improvement
  • Research, analyze, scope, and develop new and improved business processes utilizing existing tools or implementing new tools
  • Champion and develop continuous improvement efforts to drive positive project management change throughout the company
  • Develop and maintain a tracking system to show the value of implemented tools and processes
  • Coordinate implementation of new processes and methods with personnel
  • Coach and educate team members in project lifecycle techniques, tools, and vocabulary
  • Serve as a technical resource and point of contact to team members regarding the use of project management techniques and tools
