PMO, Change Management and HR Communications

Reporting into the HR Program Management Office, this role will be responsible for supporting change management on HR projects, developing and executing HR communications, and stewarding knowledge management within HR.

Essential responsibilities


  • Provide change management planning advice and communications materials to HR leaders to support key projects and organizational changes
  • Lead all aspects of HR functional communications strategy to deliver strategic messages and improve connectivity and efficient information flow within HR. Includes communications planning, content development and execution across a range of channels and platforms (digital/multi-media, all-hands meetings, emails, intranet content, etc.)
  • Oversee adoption of IT tools within HR to meet HR knowledge management needs. Set communications and archiving standards, promote usage of core tools
  • Partner closely with Corporate Public Affairs group, adhering to internal and external branding guidelines and championing standards and consistency with the HR organization
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Public Affairs team to build on corporate messaging and create and maintain candidate-facing correspondence and materials, as well as materials for new hire pre-boarding and on-boarding

Knowledge, Experience and Skills


  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Proven ability to plan and manage change
  • Demonstrated project management capabilities
  • Experience managing an employer brand a plus, developing an employer brand preferred
  • BA degree in communications, business, liberal arts or science-oriented field and 7 years of relevant experience in communication, change management or related fields
  • HR experience strongly preferred
