Job Summary

We are seeking a PLANT OPERATIONS SUPPORT MANAGER to support our Facilities- Plant Operations business for 7 senior living communities located nationwide . The position will be based in the mid-west area of the country.

KEY RESPONSIBLITIES:

  • Assists with implementation of of all Morrison faciliites program, including transition schedule, opening activities, and audits
  • Accepts management assignments as assigned by leadership
  • Provides reports on the status of project milestones and controls expenditures within limitations of project budget.
  • Identifies project staffing requirements and coordinates staffing with supporting organization managers and leadership team
  • Coordinates preparation and delivery of project deliverables (equipment, computer, supplies, uniform)
  • Provides status and progress reports to all levels of leadership
  • Assists to ensure compliance with the provisions of client contract
  • Leads all relationship building and interactions between field division managers and Morrison corporate
  • Processes, defines and develops contractual obligations through definition of scope of work for design services and construction proposals
  • Pursues profitability for all projects
  • Supports and assists with approval of final contract terms with service providers i.e. Architects, Engineers. General Contractors and designers
  • Readjusts timelines and resources accordingly to meet project goals

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 4 year Degree - PREFERRED
  • 5 year proven track record of Management of similar responsibility
  • CHFM Certification or similar certification
  • Proficient in all microsoft office platforms
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience working in skilled nursing environment- REQUIRED
  • Ability to travel extensively as required
