?An exceptional multi billion Tier I automotive supplier has an immediate need to fill a position of PLANT MANAGER as result of internal promotion. The successful candidate will have a solid background including operations / plant management within a high paced Tier I automotive environment.

Role:Plant Manager Reports to:Operations Director
Objectives: To guarantee the fulfillment of the objectives of the plant, contributing to the achievement of the goals of our client through the effective administration of Human Resources, Materials, Economics, Engineering, Quality, etc.,
Key Role Activities
1- Customer satisfaction
2- Challenge Status Quo.
3- Continues improvement.
4- Demand and get -Involving central functios performance.
5- Define employee's technical competencies required and evaluate them.
6- Administrate human and material respurces to comply with the business plant of M.T.O.
7-To maintain and acceptable security and health items addressed in the production process.
8- Leadership of accidents prevention thu team awareness and error proof tested equipment and procesees.
9- Execute diciplined sistems and performance.
10- Drill down corporate plans to the organization.
11- To develop the team, create and maintain a positive image in the community, to achieve an adecuate work envirement to succeed, people development. To facilitate respect, honesty and integrity development within the team.
12- To master PNL
13- Ensure resources avaiability to improve and maintain the environmental administration.
14- To ensure environmental policy aplication.
15-To perform Managerial audits to ensure ISO14001 compliance and efectiveness.
16-Know how and follow up the security, health and environment policies.
17- Follow up and execution of quality controls.
Bachelors DegreeRequired (ex. BSIE, BSBA, BSME, etc.)
SkillsAcording to profile evaluation. Must be bilingual (English and Spanish), Union experience very helpful. Must understand Mexican Labor Laws
3+ years experience in automotive manufacturing industry minimum
Leadership, CTPAT, Red X certification
