Job Description Role:Plant Manager
Reports to:Operations Director
To guarantee the fulfillment of the objectives of the plant, contributing to the achievement of the goals of our client through the effective administration of Human Resources, Materials, Economics, Engineering, Quality, etc., Key Role Activities
1- Customer satisfaction

5- Define employee's technical competencies required and evaluate them.
6- Administrate human and material resources to comply with the business plant of M.T.O.
7-To maintain and acceptable security and health items addressed in the production process.
8- Leadership of accidents prevention thu team awareness and error proof tested equipment and processes.
9- Execute discipline systems and performance.
10- Drill down corporate plans to the organization.
11- To develop the team, create and maintain a positive image in the community, to achieve an adequate work environment to succeed, people development. To facilitate respect, honesty and integrity development within the team.
12- To master PNL
13- Ensure resources availability to improve and maintain the environmental administration.
14- To ensure environmental policy application.
15-To perform Managerial audits to ensure ISO14001 compliance and effectiveness.
16-Know how and follow up the security, health and environment policies.
17- Follow up and execution of quality controls.
Knowledge Basic Requirements Education Bachelors DegreeRequired (ex. BSIE, BSBA, BSME, etc.)Skills.According to profile evaluation.
MUST be BILINGUAL (English and Spanish), Union experience very helpful. Must understand Mexican Labor Laws Experience 3+ years experience in automotive manufacturing industry minimum Career path Leadership, CTPAT, Red X certification
