Lead teams of Maintenance Mechanics & Electricians in predictive & preventative maintenance and machine repair.

 

*** Direct maintenance crews in installation, repair, and preventive maintenance of all plant and powerhouse equipment.

 

*** Oversee maintenance of processes and reduce mechanical downtime and keep product flows and production lines running at maximum efficiency.

 

*** Develop, implement, and supervise maintenance systems, processes, and documentation associated with efficient and High Performing Manufacturing Organizations (Prevention and Predictive Maintenance, Total Productive Maintenance, Standard Operating Procedures, Safety, and similar).

 

*** Coordinate with Production to schedule and execute preventative maintenance schedules and repairs.

 

*** Develop and maintain Key Performance Indicators for tracking and reporting performance of the maintenance function (supplier performance, 3rd party contractor performance, equipment reliability, overall equipment effectiveness, and similar).

 

*** Assist operating teams with troubleshooting, problem analysis, equipment failures, and similar.

 

*** Maintain accurate records of maintenance work performed and inventory.

 

*** Ensure tasks are completed in compliance with United States Department of Agriculture's regulations.

 

*** Train employees on proper work methods and safety procedures.

 

*** Provide regular status reports to maintenance management team.

 

*** Serve as subject matter expert related to ammonia refrigeration, high pressure boilers, compressed air, mechanical and electrical fields (PLCs, instrumentation, & mechanicalengineering), and similar.
