As our Plant HR Manager, you will spearhead all the nuances of managing a Human Resources department, from oversight of hiring, retention, termination, and personnel records administration to legal compliance, compensation, benefits, and long-term staffing strategies. You’ll also champion personnel rules and regulations, pay and job classification structure, and programs for employee training, safety, health, team building and morale.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
5+ years’ experience in human resources with increasing supervisory responsibilities
Thorough knowledge of laws affecting human resources administration
Demonstrated management and organizational skills
Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) certification (preferred)
Experience with workers’ compensation
