DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Federal-Mogul’s Motorparts Division is looking for a Plant HR Manager that will ensure we maintain the highest level of service to our internal customers, as well as our adherence with various policies, employment laws and ethical behaviors. This person will become a valued member of both the plant management and HR functional management teams, where we strive to promote from within wherever possible; therefore opportunities for advancements are strong.
An ideal candidate will have Plant HR management experience, with the ability to mentor, coach and drive change along with the local management team. In addition, they would have experience with recruitment, compensation & benefits administration, performance appraisal management, regulatory compliance, and positive employee relations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
At least 8 years of progressively responsible Human Resource experience, including experience as a HR Manager and experience in a manufacturing plant.
