$130K — $150K *
Must have at least 10+ years of plant safety, health, and environmental leadership experience within the chemical or oil/gas industry. This position will be responsible for ensuring the plant is operating within all applicable EHS laws and maintain the safe operation of the complex (approximately 250 non-union employees). Direct supervision of an EHS Department including Environmental Supervisor, Safety Supervisor, and Process Safety Engineer. The position will report directly to a General Manager. Must have a Bachelor's degree in safety, environmental, or engineering.

Candidate must have the ability to lead/mentor an EHS staff and program within the chemical industry. Soft skills - strong listener and good at building relationships with others (both onsite and a corporate level).
